WG Wave IR Flush-Mount

Flush-mount version of WG's IR Wave detacher: a low-profile face sits in an 80 mm counter cut, and the head can be twist-locked out of its bracket for awkward merchandise. Transmits a coded IR pulse during release that disarms Wave smart tags without alarm, then opens the magnetic lock. Also releases any conventional SuperLock or standard magnetic tag.

Overview

Flush IR + SuperLock detacher for Wave 4-Alarm smart tags.

Wave smart tags self-alarm if tampered with. To remove one cleanly the cashier needs a detacher that transmits the matching IR code before applying the magnet, otherwise the tag screams. This flush-mount unit does exactly that, in a face that sits almost level with the counter top — 14 mm protrudes above the counter, and the head can be pulled out of its bracket on a twist lock when a piece of merchandise can't be brought to the counter.

Compatibility
