Overview
Cable + alarm + battery RFID.
Standard RFID inlays are passive — the reader has to power them, and they're vulnerable to body-shadow effects. The 2 Alarm CableLok RFID uses a battery-powered RFID chip that transmits actively, making it readable in conditions where passive RFID would fail. Battery power also gives the alarm electronics longer life.
