The R006 is a non-deactivatable AM label — the label stays active through the POS deactivation field, meaning merchandise will alarm if it passes an AM gate even after purchase. Used only where that's the intended behaviour (loss-prevention scenarios, gift-reveal installs, tamper-evidence checks).

Overview
Non-deactivatable AM label.
Most labels are deactivated at the POS so the customer walks out without alarming. The R006 is the opposite — specifically designed to stay active even over a deactivator pad. Retailers use this where continued detection post-sale is desirable (high-value tracking, tamper-evidence on returned goods). Not a default choice.
