Ink pins are thicker than standard pins — the ink vials are housed inside the pin shaft. The T021's larger Ø36.9 mm diameter accommodates the thicker shaft of Century's ink-pin family: Ink III (I004), Smart Ink (I004/AM), and Ice Tag (T029). Specifying the correct clutch matters — a mismatched clutch can compromise the ink-rupture mechanism.
