Smooth tacks are the delicate-fabric answer: an ultra-thin smooth shaft that slips between threads instead of tearing them, for tagging silk, fine knits and anything a standard grooved tack would scar.

Overview
For fabrics a grooved tack would damage.
A grooved shaft grips well but leaves its mark on fine material. The smooth-tack range trades the grooves for an ultra-thin polished shaft that minimises the hole and the pull damage in delicate fabrics — the tag's clutch does the holding instead.
Three codes cover the compatible tag families: MJLT-1 (white, CE markets only) for the Magnetic 5kG Tack Tag and MVST-R; MJ3220 in grey or black for the Magnetic Delicate Tag; and the metal MJ6015 for the Magnetic Saucer Ink Tag.
