Three sizes of the same acoustomagnetic pencil-form hard tag, all with SuperLock magnetic locks and tuned ferrite cores. Micro Pencil is the smallest (41.9 mm, 8 g) for compact merchandise where size matters. Pencil is the standard (1.9 in, 9 g) for typical apparel runs. Super Pencil is the largest (2.3 in, 14 g) and the strongest — its bigger ferrite rod reaches 3-5 m exit widths between antennas and is the recommended choice for floor-loop systems. Every size offered in AM 58 kHz or RF 8.2 MHz, in white, black or grey.

Overview
Three pencil-form hard tag sizes, AM or RF, SuperLock.
The Pencil family is WG's high-performance answer to standard resonator tags — same form factor, but the optimized ferrite core gives 20-50% more exit width than equivalent resonator hard tags. Pick the size by the merchandise and the gate distance: Micro for accessories and small items, standard Pencil for typical apparel, Super Pencil for wide entrances or in-floor systems where you need maximum field strength. All three sizes share the same SuperLock lock and the same pin options: PIN F (flat smooth, garment-friendly), PIN-F-G (flat grooved, higher security), PIN D / PIN-D-G (dome and dome grooved), or P01/19S (longer 19 mm flat pin for shoes, leather, and other thicker materials). Pins ship in 1000-piece boxes separately.

Compatibility
Frequency-compatible with any 58 kHz AM system (Sensormatic-compatible) or any 8.2 MHz RF system (Checkpoint-compatible). Releases on any SuperLock detacher (WG DSM Volcano, Slip Ring, Multi-Detacher, Mini Lanyard, or any third-party SuperLock). Super Pencil is the recommended tag for WG Wi-Fi Floor Guard installs — the larger ferrite reaches the highest detection height (up to 4.75 ft) above the floor antenna.
