The Synergy 2.5 Self-Contained is the 2019 replacement for the Ultra-Post platform. On-board electronics live in the primary pedestal — no external controller rack required — and the pedestal still delivers 2.5 m of AM detection coverage with the full Synergy feature set.

Overview
Replaces Ultra-Post with a modernised self-contained platform.
Self-contained pedestals simplify deployment in stores where there's no room for a controller rack. The Synergy 2.5 Self-Contained keeps electronics in the primary pedestal's base cover, supports 2.5 m coverage, and can be enhanced with the Metal-Foil Detection plug-in for booster-bag alerts or the network plug-in card for remote management and traffic intelligence. The AMS1170 standalone controller ships with this platform in 2-channel or 4-channel variants.
