The QS 1000 or Quicksilver dual antenna detection system manufactured by Checkpoint is a retail security classic. The QS is durable, reliable and effective. The Quicksilver works with all 8.2 MHz hard and soft tags. The QS can also be tuned to the 9.5 MHz frequency for video stores. Our 9.5 MHz paper tags are not deactivatable.
Quicksilver is a time tested loss prevention detection system. A Quicksilver system can detect paper tags (CP series 410 labels) at 3 feet. If you use large hard tags only, the QS can be expanded up to 5 feet.
