The Essentials Space-Saver Deactivator gives cramped till points their counter back: its antenna wraps around a single-plane vertical POS scanner, deactivating AM labels up to 12.7 cm away in the same motion as the barcode scan.

Deactivation that borrows the scanner's footprint.
Counter space is the scarcest real estate at a till. Instead of claiming its own pad area, this deactivator's compact antenna attaches around a single-plane vertical POS scanner — cashiers scan and deactivate protected merchandise in one motion, with active AM labels killed up to 12.7 cm (5 in) from the antenna surface.
The optional Deactivation Remote Alarm Module mounts anywhere at the till to confirm each successful deactivation visually and audibly, and a locking key disables the unit when the POS is unattended. It runs from the Essentials Controller (ZBAMB1200C) and integrates with SMaaS for device management and analytics.
