Overview
The answer to foil-lined booster bags.
Foil-lined bags let shoplifters walk out with tagged merchandise by shielding the AM signal from the pedestal. Metal-Foil Detection listens for the foil itself at 56 kHz — so even if the tag is suppressed, the bag raises its own alarm. Bolts onto existing Ultra-Exit hardware, needs no additional antennas.
