Overview
Reliable AM detection without the controller cabinet.
This is the entry point to Sensormatic's current AM pedestals. The electronics are contained in the base of the primary pedestal, which removes the external controller from the bill of materials and cuts installation and maintenance cost. Coverage is 0.9 m (3 ft) for a single door and 1.5 m (5 ft) between pedestals for double doors.
Integrated visual and audible alarms notify staff on detection events, and the configurable Tags-too-Close feature stops tagged stock merchandised near the entrance from ringing nuisance alarms — the usual cause of avoidable service calls.
High-impact ABS construction (134.5 cm tall) keeps it durable in any retail setting.
