The Wireless Device Manager (BIM1000) is Sensormatic's 2019 EAS device aggregation hub. Connects up to 64 Sensormatic EAS devices (32 wireless + 32 wired) via the Wireless Module (BIX1000), aggregates alarm events and device health data, and ships that data over TCP/IP to Sensormatic SMaaS or other platforms. Optional Android tablet for staff reason-codes on alarm events.

Overview
EAS device aggregation hub with wireless and SMaaS connectivity.
The Wireless Device Manager centralises EAS device telemetry: alarm events, device health, jammer detects, people counts. It collects all that over TCP/IP and forwards to reporting platforms including Sensormatic's Shrink Management as a Service (SMaaS). For every new-install or existing-store the BIM1000 is the node that turns per-device events into store-level analytics. Pairs with the BIX1000 Wireless Module (one per device) for wireless connectivity, or BIX1000EA for extended-antenna range. Optional SS-T380HHC-01 Android tablet lets store staff enter reason codes for alarm events (product forgotten / tag not deactivated / false alarm).
