Nedap iSenseGo 360° Deactivation
Nedap · RF 8.2 MHz · plug-and-play SCO deactivation · 360° field · 100% rate
Plug-and-play SCO label-deactivation solution from Nedap's iSenseGo line. Built around the Smart Deactivator as the core hardware, with a 360° deactivation field that's 50% larger than competing technologies and works regardless of how the shopper or cashier orients the product. Aimed at retailers running self-checkout zones where any deactivation gap turns into a false alarm at the exit — a 100% deactivation rate is the goal of the product. Integrates out of the box with the major SCO platforms (Zebra, Datalogic, NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Pan Oston).

Overview
Self-checkout deactivation that doesn't care how you hold the product.
Self-checkout SCO is where most retailers lose deactivation reliability — the lane is unattended, the shopper holds the product however they hold it, and a single missed deactivation triggers an alarm at the exit gate that the customer (who paid honestly) has to resolve with staff. iSenseGo 360° Deactivation is engineered specifically for that scenario. The deactivation field extends in 360° around the SCO bagging area, so labels deactivate regardless of orientation, position, or how the shopper handles the item. The field itself is 50% larger than competing technologies, so labels at the edge of the bag still register. Underneath sits Nedap's Smart Deactivator (detect-mode: listens for live labels, fires only when needed — low EMC profile, low energy). Hard-tag recognition takes under a second and surfaces an alarm at the lane before the customer leaves. The unit is plug-and-play with the major SCO vendors (Zebra, Datalogic, NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Pan Oston), with triggers from either POS software or the ERI scanner signal. Connects to iSenseGo Analytics for deactivation counts and system health.

Compatibility
Deactivates standard 8.2 MHz RF labels (Nedap RF and Checkpoint RF interoperable at 8.2 MHz). Does NOT deactivate 58 kHz AM (Sensormatic) or RFID (RAIN) tags. Designed specifically for self-checkout integration — uses the Smart Deactivator as its core hardware. For comparable 8.2 MHz RF deactivation pads available through RSG, see the Checkpoint Low Profile Pad Pro (premium SCO-grade) or the Integrated Pad Pro.
